CCPA / CPRA Notice

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy for residents of California and explains your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

Information we collect

When you use BounceBlock we process account information you provide and the contact data you upload for verification. We act as a service provider for the contact data you submit and process it only to perform verification on your behalf.

We do not sell or share your data

BounceBlock does not sell personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. Uploaded contact lists are used solely to perform the verification you request and are deleted within 24 hours.

Your California rights

  • Know what personal information we collect and how it is used.
  • Request access to and deletion of your personal information.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information.
  • Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.

How to exercise your rights

Submit a request to privacy@bounceblock.io. We will verify your identity and respond within the timeframes required by law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

Service-provider role

For the contact data you upload, your organization is the business and BounceBlock is the service provider. We process that data only on your documented instructions and do not retain, use or disclose it for any other purpose.
