The model

Why flat pricing, not credits

Most verification tools charge by the credit: you buy a pack, every check spends from it, and when it runs out mid-project you buy another. That model quietly punishes the best habit in list hygiene — verifying before every send — because each clean visibly burns a balance you paid for. Teams start rationing checks, lists get cleaned once a year instead of before every campaign, and bounce rates creep back up in between.

BounceBlock flips that. One flat monthly price includes a clearly printed verification allowance, and email verification, phone validation and duplicate removal all draw from the same pass — one contact cleaned counts once, not twice. Your allowance resets every month, so there’s no balance to manage, nothing to expire, and no top-up math when a client hands you a bigger list than expected.

The honest caveat: no plan is literally unlimited — every tier’s allowance is printed right above this section, not buried in a fair-use clause. If you’re comparing us against “unlimited” claims elsewhere, read how we think about that on unlimited email verification, the honest version.

Included

Every plan includes the whole clean

  • Email verification — syntax, domain, MX, mailbox, catch-all & disposable checks
  • Phone validation — line type, carrier and status, 30+ countries
  • Duplicate removal across email and phone fields
  • List quality score on every upload
  • CSV auto-detection — no template to match
  • Encrypted processing with scheduled deletion

Compare that with running an email-only verifier plus a separate phone tool: two subscriptions, two exports to reconcile, and two different definitions of “verified.” See how the bundle works on email + phone verification in one upload.

Questions

Pricing, answered

How is BounceBlock priced?

Flat monthly plans, each with a printed verification allowance: Free (100/month), Starter at $19 for 2,500, Pro at $29 for 5,000, and Business at $79 for 25,000. There are no per-verification credits to buy, track or top up.

What counts against my allowance?

One contact, once. A row that gets its email verified, its phone validated and its duplicates checked in the same pass counts as one verification — you're never charged twice to clean one record.

Do unused verifications roll over or expire?

There's nothing to expire — you're not holding a credit balance. Your allowance simply resets each month. That's a deliberate contrast with pay-as-you-go credit packs, which on some tools lapse if unused.

What's the difference between the plans?

The allowance size (2,500 / 5,000 / 25,000 per month), how long your cleaned files and history are retained (30 days / 90 days / 1 year), and Business extras: API access for real-time verification and 5 team seats.

Is annual billing cheaper?

Yes — billed yearly, Starter works out at $16/month, Pro at $24/month and Business at $66/month, roughly two months free compared with paying monthly.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. The Free plan includes 100 verifications a month — upload a real list and preview your first 100 rows, including the quality score, with no credit card.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes — plans are month-to-month (or annual if you choose), and you can cancel from your billing settings. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the specifics.
